EuroCape New Energy Limited and its 100% owned subsidiary EuroCape New Energy France were pioneers of the wind industry in France which began in the early 2000s.
EuroCape New Energy Limited has developed, constructed and operated more than 100MW of installations during the last decade. These are located in the regions of Normandy (45.5 MW), Centre-Val-de-Loire (20.7 MW) and Hauts-de-France (25.3 MW).
This success has allowed EuroCape to continue the development of renewable energies. In 2008 EuroCape received permits to build an additional 34.5 MW in Aude (Occitan Region).
EuroCape New Energy France is an LLC founded in February 2010 headquartered in Montpellier. EuroCape France develops wind farms and photovoltaic plants; it obtains beforehand all the necessary administrative authorizations. The French team receives all the required technical support from EuroCape Ltd to further finance, construct and operate the wind parks.
EuroCape New Energy France brings with its projects not only its know-how but a strong commitment to the development of renewable energy in accordance with the French public institutions’ policy objectives.
EuroCape is an active membre of the Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables and of France Energie Eolienne which are the two main professional French associations in our field.
EuroCape is operating today more than 70 MW in France and is developing a portfolio of new projects with a capacity of over 250 MW.
In parallel, Eurocape develops, finances and operates field solar project and on rooftop centrals for itself and the account of third parties. It manages more than 16 rooftop centrals, as well as 40 MWp of field solar project.
For solar project :
- 10 MWp of photovoltaic rooftop centrals developed and obtained in the Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, including 3.7 MWp in operation
- 40 MWp of building permits obtained for field solar project
